The gifts are for today just as much as they were for those written about in the Bible. Gifts like, prophecy, words of knowledge, gift of wisdom, gift of healing, gift of tongues - these gifts are given to us by Holy Spirit and partnered with Him in seeing the Supernatural take place in and around our lives! As we continue in Acts 5 - we are going to talk about the apostles that said yes to believing in Jesus - they believed that He was the son of God and that he died and resurrected on the 3rd day. These were the guys that were in the upper room on the day of Pentecost, when they were told by Jesus, before He ascended into Heaven, to wait in Jerusalem to receive the gift that was promised to them by the Father - which was the gift of the Holy Spirit.
